Four steps from experience to your first payout

1. Experience OrganAge
   The self-service application requires buying at least the entry OrganAge product. Use the same email address you used for the purchase to get first access.
   This is not a separate entry fee for a promo code. It is a first-hand product experience requirement.
2. Apply and get approved
   Verify your email by OTP, describe your channels and audience, propose a promo code, accept the current partner terms as part of the application, and submit. Submission is an offer to join; the relationship begins only after approval.
3. Add payout details and activate
   After approval, submit your bank and tax/VAT details. If the terms changed after your application, confirm the current version. Then we verify your details and activate your approved code and links.
   Bank details are collected only after approval, never in the first application form.
4. Share, track and get commission settled monthly
   The portal tracks clicks, qualified purchases and commission. Confirmed amounts are settled and transferred by bank transfer every month.
   Purchases are subject to a 14-day qualification window. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and self-purchases do not qualify.

The customer benefit and your commission are approved individually; commission can reach up to 20% and the exact rate depends on the product and your agreement. Eligible products and any limits are shown in your portal.

Commission is calculated from the amount actually paid by the customer after discount, excluding VAT.

Customer privacy stays protected

You never see customer names, individual order details or health data. Statistics are aggregate and very low-volume periods may be suppressed to prevent indirect identification.

Simple rules protect you, your audience and the brand

• Disclose the cooperation. Clearly label promotion as advertising or commercial cooperation under law and platform rules.
• Do not promise a medical outcome. OrganAge is not a diagnosis, and partners must not promise treatment, cure, disease prevention or a specific health outcome.
• Use approved information only. Do not invent parameters, prices, discounts or outcomes beyond what Healthy Longevity has published or approved.
• No spam or brand abuse. No unsolicited commercial messages, misleading discounts or paid search on Healthy Longevity or OrganAge brand terms.
• No self-purchases and no MLM. No commission on self-purchases, purchases by close or controlled persons, or for recruiting other partners.

Frequently asked questions

Who can apply?

Creators, podcasters, media brands, newsletters, clubs, communities, advisers and distribution networks active in the Czech market. Individuals, sole traders and companies may apply. We assess audience relevance, credibility, promotion method and brand fit — not only follower count.

Why must I buy OrganAge first?

We want partners to understand the service they recommend. Buying at least the entry OrganAge product unlocks the self-service application and lets the portal verify that you are an existing client. We strongly recommend completing the customer journey before promotion.

Is there a programme joining fee?

There is no separate registration fee. Buying at least the entry OrganAge product is an eligibility condition for the self-service route. The purchase does not guarantee approval.

How much commission can I earn?

Up to 20%, subject to individual approval. The exact rate depends on partner type, audience, product, customer benefit and product economics. The current authoritative rate is always displayed in the portal.

How is commission calculated?

The base is the amount actually paid by the customer after discount, excluding VAT. That base is multiplied by your approved rate. Cancelled, refunded, disputed or otherwise non-qualified purchases are excluded.

When am I paid?

Commission first appears as pending and normally confirms after a 14-day protection window if there is no cancellation, refund, payment dispute or abuse review. Confirmed commission is settled monthly and transferred to the verified bank account. Amounts below the CZK 100 minimum roll forward.

Do I need to issue an invoice every month?

Healthy Longevity prepares the monthly settlement in the portal. Where the partner is VAT-registered, the tax document is handled through self-billing under the accepted partner terms. The partner reviews the document and reports any discrepancy within the stated period.

Do I earn from every later purchase by the same customer?

Not automatically. Commission applies only to qualified purchases made using your code and within the approved product scope. Later purchases without the code and recurring subscription payments are commissionable only where explicitly agreed.

Can I see who purchased?

No. You do not see customer names, emails, order rows or health data. The portal provides aggregate commercial statistics only.

Can I use separate links for different channels?

Yes. You may create separate links for a podcast, newsletter, social channel or member community to compare performance. Economics remain governed by the approved agreement.

Can I buy through my own code?

You may publish the code, but purchases by you, a close person or an entity you control do not generate commission.

Do I earn money for recruiting other partners?

No. The programme is not multi-level marketing. Commission is earned only from qualified customer purchases of approved products.
